Requests submitted in this context will be concluded by our company free of charge within thirty days at
the latest. However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee in the tariff
determined by our company may be charged.

KVKK gives relevant persons the right to request which personal data is processed in which processes and
the current status of these data.
In accordance with Article 13 of the KVKK, which regulates the "Application to the Data Controller", the
relevant person/data owner must submit their requests regarding the implementation of the KVKK to the
data controller in writing. Therefore, in order for your request to be evaluated, you must submit your
application in writing.
As a company, requests from data owners are answered within 30 days. In this context, we would like to
remind you that your written applications regarding the subject may be accepted following identity
verification by us.
